上 ↑ の写真で、キャップとチームを組んでいるアンソニー・マッキー（「ザ・ハート・ロッカー」2008年）扮する新ヒーローのファルコン＝サム・ウィルソンは、かつては現場で任務に就く軍人でしたが、現在は退役軍人省につとめ、PTSD（心的外傷後ストレス障害）を抱えた帰還兵のカウンセリングをしているキャラクターだそうでそうです…！！

キャップも前作「ザ・ファースト・アベンジャー」（2011年）の第二次大戦から、約70年間の眠りを経て、突然に現在に目覚める否や、「アベンジャーズ」（2012年）の混乱を経験し、いまだ現代社会に適応できていない…というPTSDに近い状態ですから、どうやら、ファルコンは、打ってつけのパートナーということになるようですね…！！
