ディズニー・マーベルが、下 ↓ のプレスリリースに、上 ↑ の写真を添えて、「ガーディアンズ・オブ・ザ・ギャラクシー Vol.2」の撮影が始まったクランクインを公式にアナウンスしました…!!



現地ジョージア州アトランタのパインウッド・スタジオでは今日の2月17日(水)に、ついに撮影初日のクランクインを迎えた「ガーディアンズ・オブ・ザ・ギャラクシー Vol.2」が発行したプレスリリースによれば、2014年公開の前作から引き続き、ジェームズ・ガン監督がメガホンをとる続篇のキャストは、ヒーローのスター・ロードこと、ピーター・クイルに扮するクリス・プラットはじめ、ガモラのゾーイ・サルダナ、ドラックスのバティスタ、ロケット・ラクーンの声のブラッドレイ・クーパー、そして、前作のネタバレになってしまうので、小さくなった理由は書きませんが、ベイビー・グルートの声のヴィン・ディーゼルといった、おなじみのガーディアンズのほか…、


ネビュラのカレン・ギラン、ヨンドゥのマイケル・ルーカー、ジェームズ・ガン監督の実弟で、クラグリン役とロケット・ラクーン役を兼任のショーン・ガンらが連続して登場するのに加えて…、


注目の新キャストとして、昨2015年末に参戦するのか、しないのか?!、微妙な状況をお伝えしたカート・ラッセルの名前がハッキリと書かれています!!、よって、第2弾のテーマが、スター・ロードの真の素性のルーツを探る父ちゃん探しであることを踏まえると、つまり、「ザ・ヘイトフル・エイト」(2015年)の賞金稼ぎが父ちゃんだったのか…!!と早速、決めつけてしまいたくなりますが、プレスリリースには必ずしも、キャスト全員の名前が書かれているわけではありませんし、撮影が始まってから、さらに出演者が追加されていくことも珍しくないのは、CIAリーダーの映画ファンのみなさんは、よくご存知かと思います。なので、ひとまず、その結論は保留して、続きのキャストを紹介すると…、


リメイク版「0011ナポレオン・ソロ」の「ザ・マン・フロム・アンクル」(2015年)のエリザベス・デビッキ、「ザ・ドロップ」(2014年)のクリス・サリバン、それから、昨年の秋に参戦をお伝えしたポム・クレメンティーフ(「オールド・ボーイ」2013年)らの出演が確認されました…!!、ポム・クレメンティーフに関しては、マーベルの原作コミックでは、アベンジャーズのメンバーのマンティス役であることを、ジェームズ・ガン監督が発表していますが、その他の新キャストの役どころについては、現時点では伏せられています…。


なので、また撮影の進展を追いながら、新情報をお伝えしていくことになる「ガーディアンズ・オブ・ザ・ギャラクシー Vol.2」は、来年2017年5月5日全米公開!!、続報をお楽しみに…!!


Principal Photography Begins in Atlanta for May 5, 2017 Release

ATLANTA, Ga. (February 17, 2016) – Marvel Studios has begun principal photography at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta, Georgia, on Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2,” which is slated to hit U.S. theaters on May 5, 2017. The production will shoot at Atlanta’s Pinewood Studios.

“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” is written and directed by James Gunn (“Guardians of the Galaxy,” “Slither”). The film marks the return of the original Guardians, including Chris Pratt (“Jurassic World,” “Guardians of the Galaxy”) as Peter Quill/Star-Lord; Zoe Saldana (“Guardians of the Galaxy,” “Star Trek Into Darkness”) as Gamora; Dave Bautista (“Spectre,” “Guardians of the Galaxy”) as Drax; Vin Diesel (“Guardians of the Galaxy,” “Furious 7”) as the voice of Groot; Bradley Cooper (“Joy,” “American Sniper”) as the voice of Rocket; Michael Rooker (“Guardians of the Galaxy,” “Jumper”) as Yondu; Karen Gillan (“Guardians of the Galaxy,” “The Big Short”) as Nebula; and Sean Gunn (“Guardians of the Galaxy,” “Gilmore Girls”) as Kraglin. New cast members include Pom Klementieff (“Oldboy”), Elizabeth Debicki (“The Great Gatsby,” “Everest”), Chris Sullivan (“The Knick,” “The Drop”) and Kurt Russell (“The Hateful Eight,” “Furious 7”).

Set to the all-new sonic backdrop of Awesome Mixtape #2, “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” continues the team’s adventures as they unravel the mystery of Peter Quill’s true parentage.
